Enjoyed cycling nearby and the convenience of free private parking. Quite a drive from the airports, but at least I got to see the scenic countryside of Doncaster and Manchester.
Oh, how delightful it was to figure out where to collect the keys on my own! Such a fun treasure hunt experience.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Super cozy for a March stay. Nice walking routes right out the back. Easy access to amenities and transport links. Off-road parking area was very handy. Some credit in the electricity meter when we arrived was helpful.
Check-in process was a real problem. No one answered the phone or responded to messages.

The cottage itself was beautiful and cozy, with stunning views overlooking the valley. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings, waking up to the sound of birds chirping. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to walking routes right from the back of the cottage. We also appreciated the off-road parking area, making it convenient for our large family. Despite being in a secluded spot, amenities and transport links were easily accessible, striking the perfect balance between a hideaway and convenience. The cottage was well-appointed, clean, and furnished with simplicity, which we appreciated as it allowed us to fully relax. We also loved the nearby pub, The Scotsman's Pack, where we received a warm welcome and enjoyed delicious food. it was a fantastic family stay that left us with unforgettable memories.
For dads, it would be great to have night lights available for navigating the stairs in the dark.

The cottage itself was beautifully furnished and well equipped, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We loved the easy access to hiking paths and the nearby pub, The Scotsman's Pack. The off-road parking area was an added convenience. Despite the slight issue with check-in arrangements and the limited kitchen equipment, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
